Obama Presidency Challenged By New Jersey Voter re:”natural born citizen” – Before US Supreme Court

November 12th, 2008 by Garden State Patriot and tagged 2008 Election, Barack Obama, John McCain, Leo Donofrio, Nina Mitchell Wells, Secretary of State of the State of New Jersey

A New Jersey attorney is challenging Obama – and McCain’s – citizenship and right to be President. I have  refrained from reporting on the question of Obama’s birth certificate as it was more speculative. But this case appears to have more merit. Judge for yourself here.

Are you aware that this case is before SCOTUS on Dec 5? There are people going to DC for a vigil Friday am at 8. I was wondering about holding a vigil in Trenton at the SOS Nina Wells office building since she is the person charged in this case. Will you contact me? jlpcornish@hotmail.com.

This is just absurd! Both Obama and McCain are U.S. citizens. I wish people would find more important things to investigate.

This is sort of old news Medina. However, I believe the issue became one of dual citizenship. If I understand it correctly that would render one ineligible for the Presidency.

As for me, I just want the truth. Unfortunately, there is an element out there that would rather sweep things under the rug or just say ‘forget it.’

“The American people who believe in this issue need to immediately contact the representatives in Congress and ask them to thoroughly investigate this urgent matter and vote accordingly. Should the Congress not be interested in this matter, then the only other avenue for relief is to go back to court with a case that has the proper procedural posture.”
