Khalidi Confronted By FNC Reporter

November 1st, 2008 by Garden State Patriot and tagged Fox News, Hannity & Colmes, LA Times Obama Video, Media Bias & Stupidity, Rashid Khalidi, William Ayers

Watch here as an FNC reporter tries to get Rashid Khalidi to answer questions about the now infamous LA Times Obama video, among other things.

Apparently, Mr. Khalidi doesn’t think enough of the American people to give a few straight answers.

While I can’t say I’m surprised by Mr. Khalidi’s response, the larger question for me is, where are the other media outlets on this story? Why don’t they ever seek out all of these people in Obama’s past, like Ayers and Khalidi? I think we know the answer.

I’m still trying to understand this. McCain is trying to tie Obama to Khalidi but McCain gave Khalidi’s organization 1/2 million dollars in the 90’s. Why would you bring this up? It seems you would need to explain your actions first – even if they were legitimate. So on one hand it’s bad to be in a room and recv/give praise to someone but on the other hand it’s ok to give 1/2 million dollars to that person’s organization.. Hm.. ok.

Perhaps this will help you understand.

FWIW, we know who John McCain is. He’s not a radical. He’s not anti-Israel. We can’t say the same for Barack Obama. These are open questions and it would have been nice if the media actually did it’s job this election cycle and asked a few questions about the guy’s past and his affiliations. Instead the media has found it more important to delve into Joe the Plumber’s background and Sarah Palin’s wardrobe.
